Description:
Built for serious culinary work, this handmade chef knife combines ultra-fine edge geometry with artisanal detail. Created from tough AEB-L stainless steel, the 8.25-inch blade offers superior edge retention and easy maintenance. A full hand-rubbed satin finish gives the steel a soft, low-friction glide through vegetables, meats, and herbs.
The handle features a classic split design of deep African ebony on the forward third leading into striking, highly-figured stabilized black ash burl on the back. Accentuated by crisp G10 liners, the scale geometry is shaped in a comfortable “coke bottle” contour, curving inward to relieve hand fatigue and filling the palm where you need it most.
Set at an aggressive 12.5° primary bevel, this knife delivers laser-like sliceability straight off the bench.
Sheath: Not included. Chef and kitchen knives ship in a protective cardboard guard, ready for your cutlery drawer or block display.
